Here at ADAPTING you can search for any assets or money you may have anywhere in the USA. You may have an inheritence you don't know about or perhaps moved and left deposits behind or even overpaid taxes. Whatever the reason you can check here FREE of charge.
One function of the Adapting nonprofit organization as a public benefit corporation is to provide a service to all our viewers, students, donors and community members. From time to time people will forget or misplace their assets. Perhaps, a company they have dealt with will lose their ability to follow someone and be unable to pay their client what is owed them. Or perhaps, someone may recieve an inheritence and may not be aware of it. When this occurs information of this natureis kept by state governments on a database. This information is placed in a database for internet access by individuals to those records. The various state governments hold these assets for you to claim them.The following state links below are links that connect to the state database listings of assets they hold. Each state will have its own search criteria. Just read the instructions for the state you wish to search. Please click on the state of choice to search for your assets. As a gesture of gratitude for this service you may wish to consider a 10% donation to Adapting for the assets or money you do find and recover. When you click on the following state link it will take you to the state website that will have a link to the unclaimed money and assets database. It is fun and easy to use.
